An Intimate Exploration of Life: Analysis with High Spatial and Temporal Resolution
The HiLight Long-Term Thematic Project (PTL) focuses on the study of living organisms at different scales of observation defined by their size, ranging from the meter to the nanometer, and aims to understand the various levels of organization: from the structure and dynamics of molecules and their role in cellular architecture or signaling, to the integration of these cells into organs and organisms.
The PTL aims to promote methodological developments in three key subthemes for the spatiotemporal analysis of living organisms:
- Imaging of living organisms
- Developing multiparametric approaches
- Promoting the study of endogenous systems
